Please note: This August 13, 2003 ad was my last advertisement in "The Hill". An ability to place advertisements in a newspaper read by Congress was an important part of my strategy to protect myself and achieve credibility. Today, I can't afford to advertise in "The Hill" because my advertising rates were increased many times the rate I previously paid. The post-World War II United States medical programs conducted by the military and intelligence agencies are proof that obsessive government secrecy is a threat to national security. There was a conscious effort to withhold from the American people the extent the programs damaged the ecology. "It is recommended that all river contamination studies indicating the extent to which aquatic life in rivers concentrate and radioactivity should be classified 'Secret'. It is further suggested that all problems related to radioactive contamination of our rivers be tightly held until reasonable solutions to these problems are available."[1]
