At the time I, Richard Perlman,was living in Washington DC investigating Post-World War II medical research with emphasis on the United States involuntary human experimentation programs. I am particulary interested in the relationship of the military-intelligence-medical-pharmaceutical communities in the development of cerebral cortex programs. Since April 2003, I have lived and traveled throughout Asia and Oceania.     MY FATHER''S ESTATE: NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY WANTED

    I post my father's will because I have still not been able to retain an attorney to conduct a trustee's accounting. I have not had any increase in income since the death of my father in 1993. If I had received a cost of living increase, I would be $150,000 richer. A contingency fee arrangement would yield an attorney $40,000+ and close to $10,000 annually for as long as I live. You don't have to believe in conspiracies to realize something is wrong.
